How long do I keep my edit?

As long as you wish while your membership is active. Your plan renews on your monthly anniversary date. Return pieces whenever you’re ready to refresh; we’ll ship new selections (up to your plan’s piece count). Cleaning is on us.

Can I choose my own items?

Yes. You can handpick your edit or request personal styling. For in-person try-ons, book our Downtown Alpharetta showroom (by appointment).

What happens if something doesn’t fit?

During your first two months of membership, you will receive one complimentary fit swap per shipment if an item does not fit.

After Your First Two Months
Members may still request a fit swap for $35, which helps cover shipping and processing costs.

What if an item arrives damaged?

We’ll make it right. Report within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll replace or credit.

Can I pause or cancel?

Yes, you can request to pause or cancel your membership at any time by emailing help@themaisonmarie.com.

Pauses are available for up to 3 months. Cancellations require 30 days’ notice.

Is one-off renting available?

The Maison Trunk Pass — Coming Soon. A one-time $99 membership with simple, flat rental pricing (1/$49 • 2/$99 • 3/$149). Join the waitlist to be first to access.

Where we ship?

We currently ship within the United States. If your address falls outside our service area, we’ll reach out with options.
Showroom try-ons are available by appointment in Downtown Alpharetta.

What are your processing times?

Orders are prepared with care at our Atlanta facility. Most orders ship within 1–2 business days of payment and selection. Orders placed after 12pm ET begin processing the next business day. During launches or severe weather, processing may take a little longer—we’ll keep you informed.

What are your shipping methods & rates?

Standard (included): Ground service; typical transit 2–5 business days depending on destination.

Rush (paid):2-Day / Overnight options at checkout for an additional charge. Prices are shown before you confirm your order.
Carriers do not guarantee weekend or holiday delivery. Delivery timelines begin once a package has been scanned by the carrier.

Is tracking available?

When your order ships, we’ll email a tracking link. You can also find it in My Account → Orders. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to display the first scan.

Can I do an address change or reroutes?

If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@themaisonmarie.com. We can edit addresses before an order is fulfilled. After shipment, rerouting may not be possible and, if available through the carrier, may incur a fee.

I am having delivery issues

Marked delivered but not received: Check with neighbors/building staff and common delivery spots. If still missing after 24 hours, contact us—we’ll open a carrier trace and replace or credit per the investigation outcome.

Damaged in transit: Please email photos within 48 hours of delivery; we’ll arrange a replacement or credit promptly.

Weather/force majeure delays: We’ll monitor the carrier and keep you updated, though such delays are outside our control.

How do I return for a monthly refresh?

Your return label is included. When you’re ready to refresh your edit, place items back in the reusable packaging, attach the prepaid label, secure the trunk using the zip tie provided and drop at the designated carrier.
You will then need to log the return in your customer account - once processed, your credits refresh for the next cycle.

Cleaning is on us—please do not launder at home. We ship Monday–Friday only; major U.S. holidays are non-shipping days.

We currently do not offer in-person pickup at the warehouse.
