Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or complete your rental return. 

To be eligible for a return or rental refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with acceptable normal wear and tear for rentals (no stains, tears, or odors beyond light use), with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Receiving Damaged Items 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please provide photos of any issues within 24 hours of receipt.

Condition of Returns 

We inspect items upon return for damage beyond normal wear. If significant damage is found (such as irreparable damage, rips, stains, or missing parts), you may be charged repair or replacement fees up to the item's full retail value, deducted from your deposit or payment method. In the event of irreparable damage, you are responsible for the full retail cost of replacing the item. Cleaning is included in the rental fee, but excessive soiling may result in additional charges. If an item is lost or stolen, you are responsible for its full retail value. You are responsible for any injuries or damages arising from your use of rented items, and you agree to indemnify us according to our Terms of Service. 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. For rentals, no refunds for partial use or early returns are possible unless due to our error. For subscriptions, refunds are prorated based on unused time, up to one month's value. 

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase or rental for the new item. 

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. For rentals, refunds exclude shipping and any applicable fees. All refunds are subject to our Terms of Service.
