Delivery and returns are on us. Your pieces arrive freshly pressed and delivered straight to your door via UPS. Wear your items throughout the month, for work, events, and everyday life.
When you are ready for your next shipment, decide which items you want to return or keep renting. Use the prepaid return label included inside your trunk bag.
Once your return is logged in your membership portal, your account refreshes so you can choose your next edit.
Yes. Memberships are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. You can cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice.
During your first two months of membership, you will receive one
complimentary fit swap per shipment if an item does not fit.
After your First Two Months Members
may still request a fit swap for $35, which helps cover shipping and
processing costs.
Return items using the prepaid label included in your trunk bag. Drop off at any UPS location or schedule a convenient front porch pickup with USPS.
You must also log a return on your membership portal to open up your credits for your next order.
Yes. If you want to purchase a piece you are renting, email us and we will send you an invoice. That item will be removed from your return.
