Returns & Fit SwapsEarly Unlock

You can return some or all of your items at any time. Keep what you love and return what you are ready to swap out.

  1. Go to Wardrobe in your member portal.
  2. Open the order and select Create Return Request.
  3. Pack your items in the trunk. Attach the prepaid return label to the outside and secure with the zip tie provided.
  4. Choose your return method:
Available, Drop at UPS

Drop the sealed trunk at your nearest UPS location. No appointment needed.

Credits unlock once your return request is created.

Rental items may be kept for up to 3 months. After this, items are charged at 20% off retail price.

We want you to feel confident in every piece you receive. If an item doesn’t fit quite right, we’ve got you covered.

Months 1 & 2 1 free swap per shipment
From month 3 onwards $35 per swap

Eligibility:

  • Request within 48 hours of delivery
  • Item must be unworn and in original condition
  • Subject to availability in your requested size

How to request:

  1. Email help@themaisonmarie.com within 48 hours
  2. Include the item name and size you would like to try
  3. We will confirm availability and send return instructions
  4. Return the original item, your replacement ships once confirmed

Early Unlock lets you start your next edit before your current cycle ends.

By requesting Early Unlock, you agree that:

All current rental items must be returned in full
A new billing cycle begins immediately once processed
Your membership will be charged at the time of unlock
Your new wardrobe allowance refreshes for the new cycle

Visit the Early Unlock page to submit a request.

Your return request has been created and approved. Once the package is scanned and received at the warehouse, these will be logged as completed.

Contact us and we will email a new prepaid label straight away: help@themaisonmarie.com

This usually means one of the following:

  • Your credits are currently in use
  • You have not yet created a return request
  • You have an outstanding balance

UnderstandingYour Account

Shows placed orders, shipping status, return requests, and order history. Create returns here for item issues, and track shipments.

Shows your active membership, items currently rented, credits in use, and credits available. This is where you create returns at the end of your cycle.

Example: 0 of 6 items means you can rent 6 items this cycle.

Shows your plan, billing information, shipping address, payment method, and next charge date.

A rotating wardrobe of designer pieces each month. All plans include free shipping, a monthly refresh, and 1:1 styling.

Your cycle begins on the day your membership renews each month. During this time you can rent up to the number of items in your plan. A Signature membership allows 8 items per cycle.

Credits refresh once you create a return request in Wardrobe. You do not need to wait for the warehouse to receive the package.

  1. Go to Profile
  2. Select Click here to upgrade membership
  3. Choose and purchase your new plan

Your updated plan takes effect immediately.

Email help@themaisonmarie.com to request a pause. Processed by our team only.

  • All rented items must be returned before approval
  • Outstanding balances must be settled first
  • Maximum pause duration: 3 months
  • Membership resumes automatically at the end of the pause period

Email help@themaisonmarie.com. A minimum of 30 days’ notice is required.

  • Membership remains active and usable during the notice period
  • All items must be returned before the membership fully closes
  • Submit before your next billing date to avoid renewal charges

Your membership renews automatically every month on your original signup date. View your next charge under Profile > Manage Membership.

Your first two months are at a special introductory rate. After month two your membership transitions to standard pricing automatically. No action needed.

Members can place one order per cycle, ensuring your full credit allowance is used for the month.

Once you have created the return request and dropped items at UPS, you do not need to wait for the warehouse to receive them. Place your next order once your cycle renews.

Minor everyday wear is covered. For significant damage, stains, tears, or irreparable damage, a repair or replacement fee may apply, always assessed case by case. We will contact you before any charges are made.

Your rentals are covered by your monthly membership. Because you pay upfront each month, rental orders show $0 at checkout. This is normal.

All items should be returned before your renewal date so credits can refresh. You may keep what you love and only return what you are ready to swap.

If you logged a return but forgot to drop off, contact us immediately and drop your items as soon as possible.
